Quality Control Analyst
In the world of biotech, precision is everything—and that’s where a Quality Control (QC) Analyst shines. Acting as the guardian of product integrity, they ensure that every test tube, culture, and data point meets the highest standards before life-changing treatments reach patients. QC Analysts meticulously examine raw materials and final products, detecting the slightest deviations that could impact safety and efficacy. 🔬
Major:
- Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or other related science degrees.
Job functions:
A Biotech QC (Quality Control) Analyst is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This involves:
-Performing laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Analyzing data and documenting results.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with Good
- Creating and reviewing quality control documentation, such as Standard Operating
- Procedures (SOPs).
- Working within a controlled GMP environment.
- Working with electronic systems like LIMS.
Skills Needed:
- Technical skills: Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment, knowledge of GMP and other regulatory requirements, data analysis and interpretation, experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), and aseptic technique.
- Soft skills: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to work independently and as part of a team, and problem-solving skills.

- The salary range varies depending on factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
