Layer 1: The Visibility Equation
In STEM, we're trained to let the work speak for itself. But culture determines who hears it. You can be the most technically excellent person on your team and still be invisible to decision-makers — if you haven't cracked the visibility layer.
Most people never make it past Layer 1. The ones who advance quickly are fluent in all three.
